When: Sept. 6 – Nov. 3, 2024

Fall Fest at Belmont Park

The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular

When: Sept. 14 – Nov. 3, 2024
Sesame Place will be transformed into a family-friendly Halloween haven and guests will enjoy trick-or-treating around the park, Halloween-themed shows, and unique photo opportunities with everyone’s favorite furry friends dressed up in costume!

LEGOLAND Brick-or-Treat

When: Sept. 14 – Oct. 27, 2024
LEGOLAND’s signature Halloween event is better than ever this year! Brick-or-Treat will bewitch LEGOLAND® California Resort with tons of candy, an all-new show line up, never-before-seen exclusive LEGO® characters, and more!

HalGLOWeen at the San Diego Zoo

When: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October
Plan to join the San Diego Zoo for musical entertainment, special performances, The Skeleton Band, and more family friendly fun will light up the night every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening in October. Kids 11 and younger are free, and can come in costume for even more seasonal excitement.

Haunted Harvest

When: Oct. 5, 12, 19 & 26, 2024
Special evenings in October at Fort Cross will entail some seasonal spooky fun, if you dare… with Jug Band Music, Hoedown, Ghost Stories, and Haunted Hayrides.

Nature Collective’s Fall Festival

When: Oct. 13, 2024
Discover hoots + howls at a nature-themed Halloween Family Day! Costumes are encouraged! Kids can join hands-on interactive activities, from craft-making to live animal encounters. Nature gets the spotlight with a fun variety of family-friendly experiences and nature walks in a Halloween theme.

HauntFest on Main

When: Oct. 25, 2024
HauntFest on Main is an exciting family friendly event in Downtown El Cajon with a pumpkin patch, costume contest, kidz zone, rides, entertainment and more!

Santee Lakes Spooktacular and Trunk-or-Treat

When: Oct. 26, 2024
This will be a great day of games, a giant Halloween maze, crafts, photo opportunities, and more at Santee Lakes.

Trick-or-Treat on India Street

When: Oct. 27, 2024
This fun and safe Halloween event makes it possible for urban families to enjoy authentic trick-or-treating fun as Little Italy businesses along historic India Street open their doors to give out candy and Halloween treats.

Halloween Family Day

When: Oct. 26, 2024

Pumpkin Express

After the sun goes down, the Birch Aquarium lights up! Halloween Aglow is a family-friendly event that features live music, a costume contest, trick-or-treat stations and so much more!

Ghosts & Gravestones Frightseeing Tour

When: Year-round
Dying to take a ride on the dark side? Join us for a spirited & entertaining tour built on stories of history, mystery and legends of San Diego’s past! Travel back in time with us and learn about the spirits of notorious wild characters like gunslingers, gamblers, and ladies of the night who lived and died in San Diego.

Haunted Happenings Tour

When: Year-round
Learn the official account of Kate Morgan’s 1892 visit to The Del and why her spirit never left in this 45-minute ghostly tour of the resort. Walk in Kate’s footsteps after dark as you uncover the mystery of her death, other spirits who haunt the hotel and ghostly guest encounters.
Note: Haunted Happenings Tour is designed for kids 12 and older.

Whaley House

When: Year-round
Step into one of America’s Most Haunted Houses and immediately feel a chill! See something out of the corner of your eye that you can’t explain? Hear the sound of a ball bouncing off the wall but don’t see it? This October, the Whaley House will be offering extended hours and the chance for you to have an actual paranormal encounter.
